Funded PhD Studentships in Geothermal Resource Extraction

We’re excited to announce that University of Exeter College of Engineering, Mathematics and Physical Sciences is offering two funded PhD studentships in Geothermal Resource Extraction through the Eden Geothermal Project.

Data from the first well at the Eden Geothermal site will be used to investigate the feasibility of extracting thermal and mineral resources from the deep underground.

More information on the studentships is available in the ‘Work With Us’ section of this website, by using the button below.

Both studentships will be for three years of full-time study, to commence on 1st January 2021.

The Eden Geothermal Project is co-funded by the European Union through the ERDF, with Cornwall Council and an institutional investor.
