at The Eden Project 2026
We had a great turnout for last week’s course run by Kevin Gray of Black Reiver and our own Tony Pink at the Eden Project last week. We were delighted to welcome delegates travelling from the UK, Ireland, Finland, Germany and even Singapore, representing a wide spectrum of businesses.
The course provided the delegates invaluable information about the rapid improvements in drilling time being achieved in the deep geothermal industry, which are helping to bring costs down and drive the industry forward.
The delegates were able to get out of the classroom to see the Eden Geothermal site first hand, UK’s first operational deep geothermal site in 37 years, which has been supplying heat to the iconic Eden Project biomes for more than three years.
Another highlight was a private tour of the Eden Project biomes, a meal in the Mediterranean Biome and a chance to spend time with the Eden Geothermal team to discuss a variety of topics and to learn more about progress in the Cornish deep geothermal industry.
Following the success of this course, we are looking forward to running a further course in 2027.
